Privately-owned and under the same ownership since opening in 1980. The former mill owner's residence was originally converted into a restaurant with rooms. Due to its popularity the owners expanded the property into a spacious 45 bedroom hotel with a conference and banqueting centre.
Dubrovnik Hotel is currently Bradford's biggest privately owned Hotel.
